Technology And Security Developments S.L. hereinafter TSD according to the reference standards ISO 27001 and National Security Scheme category MEDIA. Therefore, TSD’s management establishes the following principles:

1. To ensure the satisfaction of our customers, including stakeholders in the results of the company, in all matters relating to the conduct of our activities and their impact on society.
2. To ensure the security of the information security of TSD’s information systems, as well as the information systems that support the services provided by TSD to its customers.
3. Establish objectives and goals focused on the evaluation of performance in information security, as well as continuous improvement in our activities, regulated in the Information Security Management System that develops this policy.
4. Compliance with the requirements of applicable legislation and regulations to our activity, the commitments made to customers and all those internal rules or guidelines for action to which TSD is subject.
5. Maintenance of a fluid communication both internally, between the different levels of the company, as well as with clients.
6. Evaluate and guarantee the technical competence of our personnel, as well as ensure their adequate motivation to participate in the continuous improvement of our processes.
7. To guarantee the correct state of the facilities and the adequate equipment, in such a way that they are in correspondence with the activity, objectives and goals of the company.
8. To guarantee a continuous analysis of all relevant processes, establishing the pertinent improvements in each case, according to the results obtained and the established objectives.
9. To ensure the continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System that develops this policy.
10. Security incidents are reported and dealt with appropriately.

These principles are assumed by TSD’s Management, which has the necessary means and provides its employees with sufficient resources for their compliance, expressing them and making them public through this Information Security Policy.
